Dr. P. Lakshmanan
Dr. P. Lakshmanan received his BE in EEE from Bharathiyar University, Coimbatore in 1997 and ME in Power System Engineering from Thiagarajar College of Engineering, Madurai in 2002. He has completed his Ph.D from Anna University, Chennai in 2015. He is having 25+ years of teaching experience and 5 years of industry experience. His research interest includes Flexible AC Transmission System (FACTS), Electrical machines and Power Electronics. He has published research papers in various National /International Journals and Conferences. He is a life Member of Indian Society for Technical Education and member in IEEE. He has joined in Rajagiri School of Engineering & Technology (RSET) in August 2024 as a Professor in DEE.

Dr. Jiji K.S
Dr. Jiji K S is an accomplished academic and engineering professional with over 30 years of diverse experience in industry, teaching, research, and administrative leadership. Her distinguished career is defined by a unique blend of hands-on industrial experience, senior academic leadership, and specialized research expertise in core electrical engineering. She has served as a member of the Board of Studies for Engineering – PG, constituted by APJ Abdul Kalam Technological University. Currently, she is a member of the Academic Council at Nehru College of Engineering and Research Centre, Palakkad, and also serves as a member of the Industry-University (I-U) Chair at Kerala Electrical & Allied Engineering Co. Ltd. (KEL).
Ms. Santhi. B.
Santhi B received her B.E Degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Kumaraguru College of Technology under the Bharathiar University in 1997 and M.E in Power systems from Regional Engineering College, Trichy affiliated to Bharadhidasan University in the year 2001.She has teaching experience of about 12 years before joining Rajagiri School of Engineering and Technology . She is working for RSET since 2010. As a faculty member in the Department of Electrical and Electronics Engineering, I am committed to providing high-quality education and research opportunities to students. With a strong background in the power systems I strive to create an engaging and challenging learning environment that fosters academic excellence, creativity, and critical thinking. My research interests include renewable energy, smart grids, machine learning for building energy management, and I am passionate about exploring innovative solutions to real-world problems. I am dedicated to mentoring and guiding students, and I believe in creating a supportive and inclusive learning environment that encourages students to reach their full potential. I am excited to be a part of the RSET community and look forward to contributing to the growth and development of the institution."
